Student and archer records
One roster for the whole club. Each archer has a school, a division, scores and a balance, and you can filter by division or by who still owes money.
Lessons and programs
Weekly classes and practices with capacity limits, fees, attendance and a waitlist when they fill. Private lesson packages track lessons used and paid.
Parent registration and waivers
Parents sign up from their phone and sign the waiver on screen. They don't create an account or a password; they find their archers by email and date of birth.
Invoices, balances and payments
Invoices go out when a family signs up, and the home screen shows who owes what. Send reminders in one tap, record cash, check or Step Up, or turn on optional online card payments (1% + 10 cents per payment, money goes to the club's own Stripe account).
Tournaments
Tournament registration with spots remaining, entry fees, waivers and a live roster. Registration closes itself when it fills, and families get an automatic reminder before the shoot. Hosting tournaments is free.
Equipment orders
Bows, arrows and shirts tracked from ordered to arrived, with one tap to mark each order arrived or paid.
On a phone
Everything works in a phone browser, for coaches at the range and parents at home. There is no app to install.
