How parents use it

• No accounts or passwords to create
• Register from a phone with a link from the coach
• Sign the waiver on screen, and get a confirmation email
• Check what they owe and update contact info anytime

Student data

• Each team's archers are kept separate from other teams. The coaches the team gives a login can see them.
• Parents confirm the archer's date of birth before they can see or change contact details
• We don't sell personal information, and the app has no ad trackers
• The coach can export the roster to a spreadsheet anytime

NASP teams

NASP runs official tournament scoring. Archers Track works alongside it and handles the rest: the roster, parents, fees, sign-ups and the schedule. Coaches can also pull an archer's NASP tournament scores onto the roster.
