1. Parents can sign up from a phone
Most families open your link from a group text, so the form has to work on a phone. Every class and tournament gets its own sign-up link. Parents enter their archer's details on one page and the archer lands on your roster.
2. No accounts for parents
Every password a parent has to create is a reason not to finish. Parents never make accounts. When they come back to see their archers, check a balance or update contact details, they enter their email and confirm with the archer's date of birth.
3. Waivers signed with the sign-up
Waivers in a separate folder get lost. Classes and tournaments can require a waiver, which the parent signs on screen while signing up. You can open the signed copy from the archer's profile or the roster whenever you need it.
4. Capacity limits and a waitlist
If a class holds 24 archers, the 25th sign-up shouldn't quietly go through. Each class has a capacity. Once it's full, new sign-ups go onto a waitlist with their place in line, and tournaments stop taking entries when every spot is taken.
5. Invoices that send themselves
Collecting money is usually the slowest part. When a family signs up without paying, Archers Track creates the invoice and emails it. You see each archer's balance, parents can look theirs up online, and one tap reminds everyone who's behind. Record payments by cash, check, card or Step Up, or turn on online payments (no monthly fee; Archers Track keeps 1% + 10¢ of each online payment).
6. Confirmations and reminders, sent for you
Families get a confirmation email when they sign up, and a reminder before each tournament. You can also email everyone, or just the families you pick.

Parents pay by card or Apple Pay, the money goes straight to your club's own Stripe account, and the invoice marks itself paid. Stripe's standard card fee applies. Cash, check and Step Up still work too, with no fee.
Can I bring my current roster?
Yes. Save your roster from Excel or Google Sheets as a CSV file and upload it. Archers Track matches your columns, skips archers you already have, and shows you everything before it saves. No emails go to parents during an import.
