What "free" means
Hosting tournaments costs nothing, now or later. After your 30 free days, even if you never choose a plan, you can keep creating tournaments, opening sign-up links, taking registrations and waivers, and tracking who has paid.
The only cost is optional. If you take entry fees by card, Archers Track keeps 1% + 10¢ of each online payment and Stripe charges its standard card fee (you can add a small fee for families to cover it). Cash and checks cost nothing.
Running an official NASP tournament? NASP's own system handles official NASP tournament registration and scoring. Archers Track is for your own shoots: invitationals, fun shoots, league nights, 3D shoots and club championships.

The only optional cost is card payments: if families pay entry fees online, Archers Track keeps 1% + 10¢ of each payment and Stripe charges its standard card fee. Cash and checks cost nothing.
Do families need an account?
No. Families sign up from your link with an email address. There are no passwords to create or forget.
Can archers from other clubs sign up?
Yes. Anyone with the link can register, so it works for invitationals and open shoots, not just your own team.
How do entry fees work?
You choose. Record cash and checks as they come in, or turn on online payments so families pay by card or Apple Pay into your club's own Stripe account. The money goes straight to your club; Archers Track never holds it.
Can I use it for an official NASP tournament?
