How much does it cost?
$399.99 a year (about $33 a month) or $39.99 a month, with unlimited archers and coaches. For a 40-archer team, the yearly plan is about $10 per archer for the whole season.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 free days, and they start when you add your first archers, program or tournament, not when you sign up. No card is needed. If you don't choose a plan, nothing is charged, and you can still host tournaments for free.
Can parents pay online?
Yes, if you turn on online payments. Families pay by card or Apple Pay into your club's own Stripe account and the invoice marks itself paid. There's no monthly fee: Archers Track keeps 1% + 10¢ of each online payment, and Stripe charges its standard card fee. Cash, check and Step Up payments still work, with no fee.
Can I bring my roster from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets. Archers Track matches your columns, turns grades into divisions, skips archers you already have and shows a preview before anything saves. No emails go to parents during an import.
Can our school pay by invoice?
Yes. On the yearly plan, schools and booster clubs can pay by invoice or purchase order, and we can send a W-9.
