Best archery club management software (2026)
Archery club management software handles the work off the shooting line: sign-ups, waivers, fees, invoicing, registration, scheduling, rosters and scores. There's no single best tool for every club, so here's what to look for and how the main options compare, honestly.
Updated October 2026
Club management is not the same as tournament scoring.
Two different jobs often get lumped together. Tournament scoring software records shots and produces results during a competition. Club management software runs the rest of the season: who's on the roster, who's signed up, who signed a waiver, who owes money, and when practice is. Some clubs need both; many need one. For NASP schools, official registration and scoring already live in NASP's own tools, so the gap is usually club management.
A checklist for choosing.
Sign-ups & waivers
Parents sign up and sign waivers from a phone, without creating accounts, and land on your roster automatically.
Money that runs itself
Automatic invoices, one-tap payment reminders, and an always-current view of who's paid. For schools, payment by invoice or purchase order.
Registration with limits
Class and tournament sign-up that shows spots left, closes when full, and can keep a waitlist.
Roster that matches you
For NASP, organize archers by school and division (elementary, middle, high). Filter in one tap.
Scores & import
A way to keep scores, and ideally to import your existing roster and NASP results instead of retyping.
Clear pricing & data
Pricing you can read without a sales call, and plain answers on what student data is kept and who can see it.

Archers Track
Purpose-built for archery clubs and NASP school teams. Online sign-ups with waivers signed on a phone, automatic invoices and reminders, class and tournament registration with waitlists, archers organized by school and division, NASP score import from public results, equipment orders including Step Up, and payment by invoice or purchase order for schools. One plan, unlimited archers and coaches, with a 30-day free trial and no card to start. Best when you're collecting money, signatures and scores and want them to run themselves. Compare with My Archery Club.
My Archery Club
A general-purpose tool for membership and dues, a custom hosted club website, event and shoot registration, score logging and standings, plus a community forum and used-gear classifieds. As of October 2026 it's $20 a month or $200 a year after a 3-month free trial (no card). A good pick for general archery clubs that want a club site and community features and don't need waivers, invoicing or NASP-specific tools.
NASP Arrowscores
NASP's own platform for official tournament registration and scoring, now open to certified and non-certified organizations. It's the system of record for NASP competition, not full club management. Archers Track works alongside it and can import an archer's NASP history. How they fit together.
Pro Archery Club
A coaching-first platform on the web and an iPhone app. Coaches plan athlete training on monthly calendars with drill suggestions, athletes log sessions by distance, target face and arrow values, and clubs run ranking, elimination and combined tournaments with live brackets. It has a free start with in-app subscriptions; prices weren't published on its site as of October 2026. A great fit when your focus is developing competitive archers rather than parent paperwork. Compare with Archers Track.
TeamSnap
A general sports app covering more than 200 activities: schedules, messaging, assignments, payments and RSVPs, plus a clubs and leagues product with registration and club websites. It's free to start for a single team. It isn't built around archery, so waivers, NASP divisions and scores, and equipment orders need other tools. TeamSnap for archery clubs.
ClubSpark
A UK-based club and venue platform with memberships, online bookings and payments, a website builder and coaching tools, widely used by tennis and cricket clubs. A good fit for multi-sport venues, less so for youth archery teams that need waivers and NASP features.
Sport:80 (Archery GB clubs)
In the UK, Archery GB adopted a club management system built by Sport:80 that gives affiliated clubs a website, membership sales and activity bookings, linked to the Archery GB membership system. If you're an Archery GB club, start there.
Tournament scoring tools: Ianseo and Bowscore
Ianseo is free, open-source tournament software used for World Archery results, covering accreditation, scoring, printouts and online results. Bowscore is a phone app for scoring ASA, IBO, NFAA, S3DA and USA Archery format shoots. Both run competitions; neither handles a club's sign-ups, waivers or fees, so they pair with a club tool rather than replace one.
Spreadsheets
Free and flexible, and where most clubs start. The cost is your time: copying sign-ups, chasing payments by hand and retyping scores. Moving off spreadsheets.

Common questions.
What is archery club management software?
Software that handles the off-the-line work of running a club or team: online sign-ups, waivers, membership and fees, invoicing, class and tournament registration, scheduling, rosters and scores in one place. It's different from tournament scoring software, which records shots during a competition.
Is there free archery club software?
NASP's Arrowscores is free for tournament registration and scoring, and spreadsheets are free but manual. Most dedicated club tools are paid but offer a free trial: My Archery Club has a 3-month trial (then $20/month or $200/year) and Archers Track has a 30-day trial (then $39.99/month or $399.99/year), both with no card to start.
Which is best for a NASP school team?
A tool built around NASP divisions and scores fits best. Archers Track organizes archers by school and division, lets schools pay by purchase order, and imports NASP scores, while official registration and scoring stay in NASP's Arrowscores. Archers Track is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by NASP.
How much does archery club software cost?
It ranges from free (NASP Arrowscores, spreadsheets) to paid plans. My Archery Club is $20 a month or $200 a year after a 3-month trial; Archers Track is $399.99 a year or $39.99 a month with a 30-day free trial and no card to start. See full pricing.
